Viewtiful Day for a Neighbor

Title: It's a viewtiful day in the Neighborhood

This is for those of you who watch(ed) Mr. Rogers and/or played Viewtiful Joe. I have never played it, but I made this as a gift for my friend who does play it. I of coarse love Mr. Rogers Neighborhood! I was so rushed on this piece, and I had too much of a time constraint... also hadn't used colored pencils for a looong time. I only had time to do an outline sketch, and then made the mistake of starting to color the actual sketch. Then I realized I needed to change some things that could no longer be changed because of what I had already done... oh well. I guess it's decent, I have much more pride in my idea though
